Can I view this on my mobile devices?

Currently, the first aid courses must be viewed on a laptop or desktop computer as they use flash.  All other courses and material may be used on mobile devices.

How much time the online course take?

You work at your own pace and the amount of time will depend on which course you are taking.

What happens after I complete the course?

You have unlimited access to the online course for 1 year. It is recommended you review the course material frequently

What if I want to get certified in CPR or First Aid - How can I do that? 

Action Safety Education, a leader in online safety training, also offers 2 year certification courses in CPR/AED and First Aid. CPR. First Aid Trainer courses are also available at www.actionedu.com.

My download stopped in the middle of lesson-what should I do?

You will need to clear your cookies and start the section again.

What is the refund policy?

You are purchasing the online training courses and you will have access to the material for 1 year. We do not refund fees for the course material.
